Orders can be expected to ship out within 72 hours of receipt. If you have not received an update stating that your order has shipped, please use the "About Us" page and reference your order number. 

For Online purchases and In-Store returns may be accepted, with receipt and the product returned in original "sealed" condition. Refunds must be initiated within 14 days of purchase.

To initiate a refund In-store, please return the item during standard business hours as marked on location. 

To initiate a refund for online orders, please return the package, with receipt/order confirmation, via the transport/courier of your choice with tracking and email tracking number to us at [email protected]. Upon reception of product in original "sealed" condition; and a full account of contents, if necessary, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
